While using the Genspark free tier, there is a daily usage limit. The number of messages you can send will vary based on demand, and Genspark will notify you when you've reached your daily limit. Your quota will reset daily or monthly depending on the different services you use.

We also offer paid subscriptions: Genspark Plus and Genspark Pro, both with significantly more usage compared to our free service.

Q: The pricing page lists some services as "Unlimited" — but I hit a usage limit. What does this mean?

A: "Unlimited" refers to the absence of monthly or overall usage caps — you will not run out of credits or reach a hard ceiling for the month.

However, to maintain reliable performance and ensure fair access for all users (particularly during peak demand), we implement session-based rate limits that reset every five hours. This approach helps prevent system abuse while preserving service quality for the entire user base.

The amount of usage available within each 5-hour window may vary based on factors such as message length, the size and length of attached files, conversation history length, number of images generated, and which models or features you use. Once the window resets, your full usage allowance is restored — with no limit on how many times this cycle can occur.

Q: Why are there limitations?

A: These limitations are crucial for maintaining a high-quality, sustainable service for all our users. They allow us to:
